I trained as a therapist at the Toronto Institute of Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP), and then completed a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also a member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists.
Here is some information on these bodies:

My varied career background helps me quickly join clients in an exploration of what’s troubling them and together we build a therapeutic rapport, a bond within which a client is best able to make positive change in his or her life by first feeling fully accepted for where they are right now. By exploring life’s challenges from different angles, often a client can connect the dots on how best to go from “here” to “there”.
